Order Confirmation

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak periods).

Standard International Shipping: 8-14 business days. Please note that shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Tracking information will be updated within 2-4 business days after dispatch.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at nimvora.store@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.

Nimvora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
